We planned to open “Tokyo Shokupan Ichiyoshi”, a store specializing in high-grade bread.
We target madams living in Jiyugaoka with the concept of “bread that makes you want to give it to someone”.
It is a shop with carefully selected ingredients made with a unique manufacturing method that matures slowly by low-temperature fermentation for a long time.
The interior design values the skills of the craftsmen just like the bread, with plasterer finish on the walls and solid wood on the counter and furniture.
The plasterer of the traditional method, which expresses the essential beauty of the craftsman, colors the products.
By using a lot of natural materials, we plan the original richness of the materials which are not showy, and make it as simple as possible on the counter.
It is not a store that stands out, but the site is low and it became a calm space with quality.
The natural color of the interior made of pure material has been gradually carved with scratches and discoloration over many years.
