This is a project of the BBQ space on the roof top of Decks Tokyo Beach in Odaiba, Tokyo.
It is located at one of the best commercial areas in Japan, surrounded by things like “Rainbow Bridge” or “Fuji TV Studio” which is one of the biggest TV stations in Japan.
We thought about how people could fully enjoy barbequing at this place and designed an open space from where you can see the landmarks in Odaiba.
Considering there are DJ events sometimes as well at this place, we have decided to use the lighting effect by RGB. The colors of the lighting can be changed and also can match with the colors of Rainbow Bridge and Fuji TV Studio.
We have planned the lighting in a way it shows meat delicious and also selected spot lights which is made unbreakable so that those who are drunk won’t break them and get injured by the broken pieces.
We have designed wide windows and used old woods for the walls so that it won’t be ruined by salt of sea winds.
We hope people make great summer memories at this place.
