“Puccia” in the name of the restaurant refers to the panini dish in the Puglia region of southern Italy, which is eaten locally on a daily basis. The owner, Mr. Yamazaki, has decided to open a restaurant specializing in puccias made with homemade cheese, which he ate almost every day during his training in Italy.
For the ingredients, fresh cheese is carefully handmade one by one from freshly squeezed milk at the workshop attached to the main store’s Ratria Bebekamakura!
Come and have puccia with beer in hand this summer!!
